Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Data and Reporting Analyst to take ownership of their HR systems, ensuring data integrity, efficient day-to-day operations, and the successful delivery of upgrades and enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where you’ll support the broader HR function through robust data analysis and reporting.

- Manage the accuracy and consistency of data across core HR systems.
- Oversee system renewals, upgrades, integration projects, and the implementation of new tools as needed.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximise system functionality and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the annual performance review and promotion cycles, including bulk data uploads and communications.
- Provide training, support, and expert guidance to HR colleagues and wider users of the system.
- Monitor and improve data quality through audits, reconciliations, and data consistency initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality data for initiatives including compensation reviews, gender pay reporting, and diversity projects.
- Proven experience working with HR systems and data, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and a high level of comfort working with large datasets.
- A strong understanding of data confidentiality and discretion.
