Product Delivery Manager – Fund Services

YARDI - REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

This is a product delivery role in Fund Services working within the Private Assets Product Delivery Team where you will lead a team of Business Analysts.

The purpose of the role is to steer a team of analysts to deliver strategic change, to provide technical support to the BAU teams and be accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Real Estate platforms / solutions specifically Yardi IA.

Working with the Yardi Applications owner and will be responsible for:

1. Managing and owning the development and maintenance of the Yardi applications
2. Third party vendor engagement, management and monitor SLA’s.
3. key stakeholders management to deliver solutions
4. Supporting the Strategic product build and the migration of strategic clients
5. Production support/defect management

Experience

1. Over 7+ years of Fund Admin with strong knowledge of Real Estate
2. Excellent knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting modules and Yardi Voyager and good understanding of Yardi loan module, including Debt Manager and Yardi Commercial module
3. Proven experience implementing and running large Yardi Voyager systems
4. Solid understanding of the product development cycle
5. Successful experience directly supporting Investment Accounting modules
6. Experience with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) functionality and writing simple SQL queries and YSR reports
