Our client, a top-tier law firm, an HR Administrator to join their HR team. You will be instrumental in managing the administration of their Trainee, Intern, and Placement Programmes.

- Coordinate and manage bookings for career fairs, acting as a brand ambassador at recruitment events.
- Provide administrative support during the trainee and intern interview process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for Summer Interns and Placement Students
- Support the Trainee Development Programme by liaising with various departments and managing trainee-related paperwork.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to create content for social media channels and assist with marketing initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in graduate recruitment administration
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creative problem-solving skills.
