Associates & Senior Associates Financial Reporting (Exclusive Role)

Our client, a leading global funds organisation, is currently recruiting Associates and Senior Associates in Financial Reporting to join their growing and dynamic Financial Reporting team based in Dublin. The successful candidates will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial statements for complex fund structures, while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory:

The role; 

• Prepare and review financial statements for complex fund structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and statements of changes in equity.

• Draft and validate financial reports, integrating fund calculations that accurately reflect fund performance and comply with regulatory frameworks.

• Liaise closely with clients and auditors to address queries, incorporate feedback, and implement necessary adjustments in financial disclosures.

• Support the development of presentations and financial materials for the Board of Directors.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a fund administration environment or a Big 4 accounting firm with exposure to investment funds.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP), and investment fund structures.

• Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Confluence is desirable
