Associate, Financial Reporting (Exclusive Role)

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Associate, Financial Reporting to join their Financial Reporting team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality financial statements for alternative investment funds, while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role is hybrid, requiring four days per week on-site, and offers a platform for growth in a company that values precision, innovation, and continuous development.

• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation for alternative investment funds in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP.

• Oversee the timely and accurate production of financial reports and working paper files, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

• Coordinate the preparation of financial disclosures for collective investment vehicles, ensuring deliverables meet established timelines and SLA requirements.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external auditors to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with reporting objectives.

• Utilize financial reporting software such as Confluence to generate, review, and finalize client reporting outputs.

  The candidate: 

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), with a minimum of four years’ experience in financial reporting or accounting—ideally within fund administration or a Big 4 environment.

• Solid understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP, with prior experience in preparing financial statements for investment fund structures, including mutual funds and hedge funds.

• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tools, particularly Confluence.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure setting.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
