Our client is seeking an organised and detail-focused Office Administrator to join their busy Operational Department. This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while providing a high level of administrative assistance to both staff and management. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring the delivery of efficient, client-centred processes and contributing to ongoing improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Support client onboarding and assist with periodic client reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.

Handle client-related administrative tasks, including wire transfers, stock transfers, account maintenance, and responding to daily requests.

Coordinate logistics such as meeting room bookings, client events, couriers, and shared calendars.

Contribute to quarterly reporting, support ad-hoc projects, and suggest process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of experience in an administrative position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a small team.

Professional, discreet, and client-focused, with a commitment to high standards of confidentiality.
Desirable

Experience within the Wealth Management industry, or a comparable sector.

Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
