The Panel is delighted to be working with the Abbey Theatre, National Theatre of Ireland, to recruit for a People & Culture Generalist.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a HR professional who has a keen interest in the arts to join a leading Irish theatre.
You will be responsible for the A – Z of HR. This is a broad, end-to-end HR role, where you will be expected to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures within the business, conduct performance reviews and appraisals, employee engagement and oversee the recruitment and selection process. Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes and carry out various HR Projects and Initiatives

Key requirements:
- 4-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, within a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD recognised HR Qualification.
- Demonstrable experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, probation, and performance management.
- Experience in developing and delivery of training
