Our client is seeking a talented HR Generalist for a one-year fixed-term contract. Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations, providing guidance and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to support staff development and organisational growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, demonstrating knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
