Our client in North Dublin is seeking a Receptionist to bring warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to their front desk experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring everyone feels included and respected.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely direction to the appropriate channels.
- Keep the reception area organised, accessible, and up to date with relevant information.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling post.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor arrangements, liaising with internal teams as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a front-of-house is essential.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with a diverse range of people.
- Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
- Proficiency with office technology and adaptability to new systems.
