Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role or similar, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
