Paralegal / Legal Assistant — Global Aircraft Lessor, Dublin
One of the world's leading aircraft lessors and asset managers, is hiring a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support its in-house legal function across a broad range of high-value aviation transactions.
Key Points:
- Minimum 3 years' paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer
- Suited to a 'career' paralegal — this role will not suit candidates pursuing FE1 examinations
- 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

The Role
This is a hands-on role at the centre of a busy, specialist legal team working across complex aircraft leasing and financing transactions in a genuinely international environment. You will manage documentation across the full transaction lifecycle, liaise with counterparties and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, and provide broad corporate legal support to an experienced and well-regarded in-house team.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare corporate authorities, board resolutions, and related transaction documentation
- Coordinate and manage execution processes across end-to-end aircraft leasing and finance transactions
- Track and manage legal documentation through to transaction close
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Support account openings and closing deliverables across a pipeline of live transactions
- Assist with corporate legal support and contribute to special projects as required
Requirements / Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, ideally within a large law firm or established in-house legal team
- Demonstrable experience in commercial contracts, documentation management, or document review
- Aviation, asset finance, or financial services experience is an advantage but not essential
- Strong organisational ability with a sharp eye for detail across high-volume documentation
- Confident communicator, comfortable managing competing priorities in a transactional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
