The Panel provides end-to-end contract and payroll management services to our clients. We have a dedicated team that serves this area, including staff from our onboarding operations, accounts and admin functions and is led by Fergal Keys (Senior Partner) and Ildiko Kiss (Business Operations Manager).

Our contract and payroll management services cover:

  • Payroll – Outsourced solution that manages the client’s entire employee compensation process, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, filing compliance reports.
  • Daily Rate Contractors – These candidates get a contract for a fixed duration and invoice only for the days worked. All invoices are provided with approved and authorised timesheets. There is an agreed-upon process with the client.
  • Fixed-Term Contractors – Employed for a specific period with a defined end date (e.g., 6 or 12 months). Usually paid a monthly salary. Often work in a role similar to a permanent employee but for a fixed duration. The contract is pre-defined and structured.
  • Temporary Agency Workers – Supplied by a recruitment agency to a client company. Typically hired for short-term or flexible assignments. Usually paid hourly or daily. The agency (e.g., The Panel) manages payroll, taxes, PRSI, and holidays. Assignments can be very short-term and may change depending on the client’s needs.

What The Panel will do:

  • Pre-screening and onboarding
  • Gathering of onboarding documents (passport, personal details form, etc.)
  • Limited company details (company registration certificate, VAT certificate, insurance certificates, bank details, proof of address, etc.)
  • Back-to-back contracts (templates are available) – between Candidate and The Panel, and The Panel and the Client.
  • Timesheet approval process
  • Invoicing and payment process
  • Ongoing contract management and renewals
  • Reporting and tracking

And throughout the process, we are in regular contact with the candidates and ensure:

  • Ongoing communication is maintained with the candidates through the recruitment process
  • Effective communication with all the stakeholders
  • Managing candidate expectations on next steps, keeping them fully informed
  • Communicating any issues to the client immediately, and agreeing on any actions required
  • Acting as an ambassador for the client in all external communication
  • Liaising with client and candidate on contract renewals etc.
