Senior Manager Private Equity – Munster

Our client, a leading Fund Servicing firm, is looking for a Senior Manager Private Equity for their regional office in Munster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients as well as being an important link between management and the rest of the team.

The Job

• Taking part in the initial setup of any new funds
• Liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries
• Overseeing Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files
• Handling the fund accounts and preparation of periodic reports
• Preparing the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation & year-end financial statements
• Arranging investor servicing and issuance of shareholder statements
• Review tax returns and tax balances and maintaining contact with tax authorities

The Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) preferred
• Educated to a Third Level Degree
• Several years of experience in Private Equity, Real Estate or Debt Fund Administration
• Experience with NAV calculation, Transfer Agent, investor servicing & tax compliance
• Experience of UK FRS and IFRS accounting standards
• Experience of consolidations and other accounting standards
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines with excellent communication skills
• Strong experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office
