Our client, a Global Retailer is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join their join HR team.
You will be responsible for the A – Z of HR. This is a broad, end-to-end HR role, where you will be expected to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures within the business, conduct performance reviews and appraisals, and oversee the recruitment and selection process. Assist with the development and implementation of training programmes and carry out various HR administrative duties.
Idea Candidate

- 3 Years experience in HR experience ideally in a retail environment
- Experience in Industrial Relations
- CIPD-qualified HR professional
