Our client, a leading investor in renewables, is currently seeking a DP, Distribution to join their newly established team in Dublin. The role will report directly to the Head of AIFM, Ireland with a dotted line to the Head of Distribution based overseas. This is an exciting time in the firm's journey as they grow out their investments in renewables and renewable technology.

- Responsible for marketing and distribution oversight and processes for EU institutional investors. You will work closely with the Distributors to understand the AIFs under management.
- Meet and liaise with distributors regularly and report to the board as per the Distribution strategy
- Support group Distribution sales activities, identify and drive areas of improvement, identify market and investor trends
- Manage the data rooms for the company that are being pre-marketed and marketed and control access to that documentation
- Support new product development and existing product documentation
- Manage notifications to the Central Bank of Ireland, including material change notifications.
- Ensure compliance approval of all marketing communications to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Have oversight of all pre-marketing and marketing activities
- This role requires the PCF- 39E designation for Distribution. Ideally you would hold this designation or be able to qualify for it.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and preferably previous experience of working in the renewables sector or infrastructure real assets or an keen interest in working in this sector.
- Effective communicator, both written & verbal, with proven industry relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client and regulatory inquiries.
- A logical and agile mind to embrace and drive their digital strategy
