Our client, a leading private investment firm are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join their London based finance team. The role holder will be part of the Finance & Operations Team, which services the needs of the Group, Investment Partnerships, and their investors. Responsibilities:
• Management of financial and accounting records for multiple entities across the Group.
• Prepare revenue, OpEx, and cashflow analyses for various group entities.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts and related reports.
• Contribute to regulatory, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Contribute to the delivery of services to investment partnerships operating as part of the group.
• Prepare statutory financial reports and manage components of the group audit.
• Analyse key financial data and information to provide insightful management information.
Requirements:
• Strong record of academic and/or professional achievement.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with ideally 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in private equity, private credit, hedge funds, asset management, fund administration, or similar business in financial services.
• A demonstrable ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work to deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
