My client, a prestigious investment firm in Ireland, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will engage with high-net-worth individuals, using provided leads to schedule and conduct in-person meetings. Your objective is to acquire new clients and assets for the firm. The role involves extensive calling (excluding cold calls) and direct consultative selling. Supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups, you will focus primarily on sales. This position, reporting to a company director, offers an entrepreneurial environment with significant independence.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrable and quantifiable success in individual sales with stock market investors.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales targeting high net worth individuals.
- A proven track record in securing new investor business.
- A goal-oriented mindset, viewing financial success as a measure of achievement.
- A calculated risk-taker, resilient to challenges and setbacks.
- A proven closer with outstanding sales abilities.
- Optimistic, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement.
