Our client, a prominent aircraft lessor, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their finance team based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and challenge the accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts.
- Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships, including those with the parent company, auditors, advisors, and joint venture partners.
- Contribute to deal team meetings and assist in the preparation of transaction approval papers.
- Provide forward-looking reporting and analysis, particularly on technical accounting issues.
- Oversee, review, and challenge the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Ensure the effectiveness, accuracy, implementation, and adherence to SOx controls.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with at least 2 years of PQE.
- Aircraft leasing experience is advantageous
- Top 10 practice training preferred.
- Proficient in team leadership, with demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing others.
