The Panel is currently engaged to source a Real Estate and Private Credit Product Delivery Associate Director on behalf of a reputable Fund Manager in Dublin city centre on a 9 Month FTC basis
This role sits within the Global Product Team and is responsible for the execution of all fund events across the product lifecycle for private asset and public asset products. The team works in close partnership with the European Product Development and Product Legal teams, as well as the wider cross-functional teams across to bring the product strategy to life.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently & successfully manage the implementation of a range of new product offerings in Private Assets across European domiciles as the firm build out this new business line
- Working in close partnership with the European Product Development, Private Credit and Real Estate teams, this senior role will serve as a subject matter expert in Private Asset implementation across all stages of the product lifecycle.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of new processes and procedures to bring our Private Asset products to market and support them through the product governance process.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have a strong track record in successfully launching new products in Real Estate and Private Credit.
- The candidate should have deep knowledge of the regulatory requirements and various product vehicles in Private Assets, including SPVs, keeping abreast of the evolving regulatory landscape.
- The candidate must have excellent persuasion skills capable of building consensus among multiple internal and external stakeholders with potentially contrasting priorities and timeframes.
- Clear leadership in the form of rigorous project management, clear communication of common goals across multiple groups, standardised delivery expectations and transparent and effective monitoring of the overall process will be essential factors for success.
