My client is a global adult beverages distributor headquartered in Dublin City. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role will support the wider finance team and their sales and operations colleagues across markets.
This role will suit an engaged and team-oriented candidate with a positive outlook and offers great exposure to an experienced finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable, including supplier set up, invoicing and account reconciliation
- Preparation of weekly payment run
- Accounts Receivable, including CRM and credit control
- Weekly bank reconciliations and postings
- Multicurrency and international accounts processing
- Audit compliance and support
- Ongoing company project accounts support
- Supporting CFO and Group FC in general accounts administration
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Accounting qualificiation preferable
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
- Netsuite ERP system experience an advantage
- Strong MS and communications skills
- Team player
