The Panel is exclusively engaged to source a UCITS platform Manager on behalf of a reputable Fund Management company in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will work with the broader internal ETF team and provide assistance to the development and maintenance of Irish domiciled UCITS and ETF range which serve an expanding Client base.

In this role you will work with the broader internal ETF team and provide assistance to the development and maintenance of Irish domiciled UCITS and ETF range which serve an expanding Client base.
Responsibilities
- Drafting of product proposal documents in relation to new products and managing internal approvals.
- Reviewing of index methodologies against UCITS Regulations.
- Drafting of Fund Supplements for new products and liaising with Legal Counsel in relation to same.
- Assisting with drafting and reviewing updates to Prospectus, Fund Supplements and KIIDs in line with strategic or regulatory requirements.
- Management of stock exchange listings on an on-going basis, including arranging listing applications, periodic filings and notifications
- Management of foreign registrations on an on-going basis, including carrying out research in relation to marketing of products in new jurisdictions
- Assisting with the management of the annual AGM process (and any ad hoc EGMs) and all associated administration, including liaising with investors and intermediaries and sales team re. proxy form queries and procuring votes and preparing associated stock exchange announcements and notifications to listing authorities and regulators.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports for Board Meetings
- Carrying out and managing regulatory filings, as well as understanding upcoming regulatory changes, their implications for fund management
Requirements
- Financial, Business or Legal university degree preferred
- Experience in financial services and/or regulated investment managers would be preferable but not essential
- Experience in product or legal work for regulated investment funds is preferable
- Effective and confident communication skills
- An ability to exert influence and develop senior internal relationships
