Out client a global Plc listed on the NASDAQ and head quartered in Ireland.
They have an established Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial team and an opportunity has arisen for an additional team member.
Our client is keen to hire a Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Associate.

You must have/be:

Our client is open to the following:
- Candidate with some experience working in a company secretarial function (c. 2 years)
- Paralegals or Legal Executives who have worked in corporate legal functions and would now like to pivot to a corporate governance role

You must have/be:
- Honours Degree in Law or Finance or Business.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced corporate environment (financial services, tech, pharma etc)
- Some project management experience preferable
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- An excellent communicator – you will be liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure documents and information is sent in a timely manner
- Experience of working to deadlines
- An interest in developing your career in the company secretarial and governance space (potentially taking educational courses)
