- This will suit experienced corporate lawyers with min 6 years pqe with experience of big ticket corporate transactions.
- Ideally you will have domestic and international transactional experience.
- Previous experience advising on a broad range of corporate-law matters such as M&A transactions, equity fundraisings, private equity, venture capital, shareholder / joint venture arrangements and corporate-governance advices.
