The Panel is currently engaged to source a Credit Accounting Operations Oversight Manager on behalf of a reputable Global Asset Manager in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will conduct operational oversight of a number of Private Credit funds. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fund and problem solving skills and is also someone who has a great appetite for knowledge and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Perform fund accounting work on internal accounting systems
- Responsible for detailed equity accounting and analysis, including complex partnership equity accounting analysis and management fee / carried interest computations
- Active role in fund reporting including preparation of quarterly financial statements, performance returns, and LP-specific statements. Also prepare annual GAAP financial statements and coordination of audits with external auditors
- Involvement with operational duties including capital calls, capital distributions, and liquidity management
- Assist with ad-hoc requests, investor questions, and frequent interaction with marketing / client management and legal departments
- Frequent project coordination work
- Assist in driving accounting, reporting and business process simplification and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Previous accounting or industry experience with an understanding of private funds, partnership accounting and financial instruments
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Accounting qualification desirable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Advanced user of Excel and highly proficient with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Investran and/or Geneva is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a growing environment
