Our client, a leading provider of after-school care services, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and success.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisation's operations, develop and implement strategies, provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team. As well as set and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive improvements. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments.
Ideal Candidate

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience on Senior operational manager in the childcare industry.
- Knowledge of Tulsa regulations
- Experience liaising with Tusla and other external agencies.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A full clean driver’s license and own transport is essential.
