My client – a leading asset service provider is seeking an experienced Senior Depositary Associate to join their Dublin city centre team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end oversight of depositary duties, ensuring that funds are compliant with relevant regulations and safeguarding the interests of investors. The successful candidate will work across all depositary functions, including cash flow monitoring, asset verification, and oversight duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cash flow reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management of fund accounts.
- Monitor adherence to investment restrictions and other regulatory guidelines.
- Perform NAV reviews.
- Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and fund rules.
- Participate in Fund Administrators and 3rd Party Delegate site visits.
- Ensure the accurate and timely escalation of any discrepancies or breaches related to fund activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management, auditors, and regulators.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a depositary role within fund services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields considered a plus.
- Understanding of depositary services and the role of the depositary in AIFMD and UCITS frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements relating to fund structures and asset safekeeping.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
