Our client is a leading Investment Fund Manager with an established office in Dublin. While the legal team is spread across a couple of locations, the GC sits in Dublin. They are now keen to hire an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a Private Equity / Private Fund Formation background.
Location: Dublin or London.
This will suit lawyers with 5-10 years pqe in private funds formation and structuring (either from a leading law firm or another in-house team).

Ideal candidates will have:
- Expertise in advising private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or other alternative asset managers on fund formation and compliance
- Subject matter expert in Private Equity and Private Markets
- Strong understanding of the investment management industry
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience with cross-border fund formation
- Excellent technical knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory landscape including relevant Central Bank of Ireland and CSSF requirements
