Senior Manager, Corporate Finance
My client is a fast growing advisory firm based in Waterford. Due to expansion they are currently recruiting for a newly created position within their Corporate Finance department.
Purpose:
Reporting to the Partner and working as part the Corporate Finance Team the Senior Manager is responsible for managing all Corporate Finance initiatives from origination to delivery.

Salary: €85,000 plus benefits. Potential to progress into a Partner role.
Hybrid working available.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement the Corporate Finance business development plan
- Engage with sector targets through a structured sales plan
- Manage the preparation and submission of new business proposals to targets.
- Working as Project Manager on Corporate Finance engagements by scoping the project, setting timelines and ensuring these are met
- Leading client engagement over the course of projects
- Leading project teams
The person:
- Qualified Accountant with background in Corporate Finance
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
Salary: €85,000 plus benefits. Potential to progress into a Partner role.
