Our client employs close to 50 people in Dublin and is part of a larger, global business.
The Dublin operation has exciting expansion plans and they are now keen to hire a Transaction Manager who will join the existing Transaction Management Team (the team are based in Dublin and London).
The pre-requisite for this role is experience of SPV Transactions (GCM deal closing experience).
If you have this experience you may also come from a legal background (solicitor, barrister or hold a law degree).

You will join an established, supportive team where you'll be given the opportunity to work across securitisation deals and aircraft finance deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close transactions in which the company serves in a corporate services provider and trustee capacity as well as other complementary roles and products
- Serve as client-facing centralised deal manager for transactions for internal operational and support groups
- Meet with clients and attend conferences as deemed appropriate
- Assist sales with business development initiatives and coordinate deal structures depending on asset type
- Serve as internal liaison for all support groups surrounding deal closings
- Address and escalate client-related matters and ensure they are prioritised appropriately and resolved
- Understand and adhere to the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the company's risk appetite
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company's brand
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
