Our client, a progressive and innovative Financial Services Advisory Company, is seeking a Head of Financial Planning to join their team.

- Lead, motivate, upskill and develop a team of financial advisors
- Set individual performance targets for revenue generation & monitor progress
- Drive departmental revenue performance to meet/exceed business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business opportunities
- Ensure revenue growth across all business lines of Pensions, Investments & Protection
- Promote client-centric approaches to financial planning
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Financial Planning department
- Identify training needs within the team and implement programs to address gaps in skills or knowledge
The Candidate
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation or equivalent
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of Irish financial regulations and best practices in financial planning
- Proven ability to meet personal revenue targets.
