The Panel is currently engaged to source a Performance Attribution Specialist on behalf of a reputable Global Fund Manager in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will assist in the delivery of Performance Attribution and you will be responsible for data uploading, data cleansing and validation of the results using systems such as FactSet and internal systems. The specialist will be supporting a project of onboarding of MA funds to a new attribution platform.

Responsibilities
- Performance Attribution reporting for the Investment and distribution teams
- Involvement in projects and systems testing
- Reconcile official performance and attribution data.
- Validation of results and production of reports.
- Assisting colleagues where required
- Working with the Investment teams to understand the drivers of performance.
- Working with technology to ensure requirements are delivered
Requirements
- System knowledge such as Factset preferred.
- Experience within a performance team (measurement and/or attribution) preferred.
- Experience in writing VBA code preferred.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new skills and continue self-development
