A leading international financial services firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their compliance team in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with experience in regulatory reporting and compliance oversight. The role involves working closely with management, service providers, and regulators to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on fund management. The position reports directly to the Head of Compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file regulatory reports for multi-jurisdictional business units.
- Provide support for new regulations (e.g. AIFMD, AML).
- Engage with third-party service providers and manage information requests.
- Administer regulatory programs, such as Fitness & Probity assessments, across the management company and managed funds.
- Assist in the drafting of management information and board reports.
- Collaborate with business functions to address compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in business or law (or equivalent relevant qualification).
- 2+ years of experience in a fund Manco/fund admin, with exposure to regulatory reporting.
- Experience with private equity funds is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Irish and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks, including CP86 and AML regulations.
- Familiarity with interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland and other international regulators.
- Strong communication skills, with high attention to detail.
