Capital Markets/Finance/Banking Team
Our client is a global law firm with a long-established practice in Dublin. They now have an opportunity for an Associate, Senior Associat or Of Counsel (Banking, Finance) to join their team.
Working options:
Our client can offer the role on a fully-remote, or hybrid basis.
Who will this suit?
- This will suit qualified solicitors with experience of any of the following areas: general banking, capital markets, structured finance, fund financing etc
- If you want to pivot from general banking to capital markets etc - the firm will assist you to do this.
- PQE: 2-12 years pqe (for the remote working option, ideal candidates will have min. 5 years pqe)
Please note: this firm manages big ticket commercial lending, they are market leaders on CLO work, structured finance, securitization, capital markets and fund financing, 95% of their work is international
