A global financial services organisation, specialising in private markets, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Fund Monitoring Analyst to join their team in Dublin city centre. This exciting opportunity sits within the alternatives investments team, with a primary focus on private equity investment control, oversight, and stakeholder management.

**You must meet the key technical criteria to be considered**
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with international teams to manage investment monitoring activities.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of private equity programs and investments.
- Reconcile monthly valuations prepared by fund administrators.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of external service providers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed periodic reports for private equity portfolios.
- Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and performance tracking for funds.
Requirements:
- Degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in private equity or an investment fund monitoring role.
- Experience coordinating with third-party fund administrators and reviewing their work.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (with advanced skills in Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A critical thinker who seeks to understand the broader impact of investment activities on private equity programs.
