Our client, a leading global investment firm, is currently seeking a Fund Platform Associate Accountant to join their Dublin city centre team.
This role offers a great opportunity to support the finance and operational activities of investment funds across multiple asset classes, including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, and Real Estate.

The Job:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fund Platform, including financial oversight of regulated entities, capital calls, capital distributions, and liquidity management.
- Oversee externally administered asset-holding structures and SPVs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Produce, reconcile, and analyze monthly financial performance, including KPIs, across multi-currency entities.
- Assist in preparing key financial reports for Corporate Functions and Boards, as well as detailed investment analysis.
- Support asset classes with new investments and divestments, including due diligence, KYC, and NAV oversight.
- Manage the Portfolio Management System and associated platforms
- Assist with various financial audits (internal/external) and contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives.
The Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience in fund administration, investment management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with financial management systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
