Head of Digital Strategy and Services

In this role, you will drive the Digital agenda – including implementing technology-enabled solutions for clients, optimising internal processes and enabling innovation across the firm.

You will lead a team of project managers, business experts, technologists and innovation specialists. You will align digital and innovation initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives and enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap, inline with business objectives ensuring innovation is a key driver of the firm’s growth and competitiveness.
2. Oversee the delivery of our client-facing digital services
3. Working with the business to integrate technology-driven solutions and process innovations that enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency.
4. Drive process improvements across the firm to enhance productivity and operational performance.
5. Focus on fostering a culture of innovation.
6. Build strong stakeholder engagement and maintain strong stakeholder management.

Experience required:

1. Over 10+ years of IT management experience, driving best practices and innovation, within professional services / consultancy sectors.
2. Strong stakeholder management background – Listening, Communicating and Influencing skills
3. Good track record on execution and delivery of digital initiatives.
4. Good technical knowledge of HighQ, the Microsoft Power suite of applications and document review platforms such as Relativity and Nuix.
5. Strong knowledge and keen interest in latest technology innovation emerging tech - including AI, data analytics, automation and process optimisation tools.
