The Panel is currently engaged to source an Operational Risk Manager(PCF14) on behalf of a reputable Investment Management company in Dubin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will take on PCF responsibility for risk management of the entity and additional responsibilities relating to enterprise risk across the wider business.

In this role you will take on PCF responsibility for risk management of the entity and additional responsibilities relating to enterprise risk across the wider business.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate periodic updates of the risk management framework of the entity
- Ownership of the risk appetite, risk register, and other such risk focussed policies and procedures
- Track risk related incidents, their resolution and future mitigating measures
- Receive and review regular reports on the performance of outsourcing parties, both intra-group and external.
- Contribute to strengthening firm wide risk awareness and culture
- Support and participate in due diligence outsourcing relationships and also provide support when the Firm is subject to due diligence by third parties
- Selection and implementation of risk management tools/software for the group
- Act as PCF-14 for the Firm
Requirements
- Previous experience in operational risk management in the financial services sector.
- Good skills with regard to project management, problem solving and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of the asset management sector and the related regulatory landscape
- Practical experience in the design and implementation of risk management frameworks in a financial services environment
- High level of honesty, integrity and team player
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks without compromising accuracy
