A highly regarded private investment firm, is currently seeking an FP&A Associate to join their Group FP&A team based in their Dublin city centre office. In this contract role (12 months), you will support the Associate Director, FP&A, and play a critical role in delivering insightful reporting and analytics for senior leadership. This role will focus on enhancing reporting and analysis while supporting digital transformation initiatives within the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Produce and deliver timely, accurate monthly and quarterly management reporting for senior leadership, including variance, trend, and KPI analyses.
- Collaborate with Financial Accounting & Control teams to ensure accurate cost allocation in accounting systems, enabling efficient reporting and analysis.
- Assist with the group’s budgeting and reforecasting processes in collaboration with budget owners across Investment Partnerships and Corporate functions.
- Support liquidity monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain and develop the cost allocation model for the group.
- Aid in KPI and forecasting model development for the group and its investment partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc business analysis and project work as required.
Requirements:
- Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis, ideally within a busy finance team.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Proven ability to work with large data sets and present insightful analysis to senior leaders.
