- The firm's residential property practice deals with a significant number of high net-worth individuals and high value transactions.
- The commercial property practice also operates at a high value level, with long standing client relationships.
- Overall, this firm has a loyal and strong client base with an exceptional flow of quality work.
The firm also operates a very thriving litigation practice.
The role:
- They are now keen to hire a Senior Lawyer (either a senior associate with at least 8 years pqe, or a senior lawyer operating at partner level).
- The role is 50% residential, 50% commercial property, so applicants must be comfortable with both practice areas.
- This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to either join as a partner, or as a senior associate with a move to partnership after a short period of time.
