Trusts Manager (experienced legal professional)

Our client is a large Irish charity based in Dublin 6 (close to the Luas and the city centre).
They are responsible for managing a significant number of Trusts and are looking for a highly motivated legal professional to join their Property and Trusts Department.

While you do not need to have previous experience of Trusts management, you do need legal experience, a very good understanding of the law, governance/compliance and a keen interest in this space.

Please note: Our client is open to discussing this role with candidates looking for either a 4 or 5 day per week role.
It's worth noting that a full time role at this charity is 35 hours, so the working hours are excellent.

Key responsibilities:
Liaising with solicitors and charity treasurers regarding vesting of trusts in the company
Managing the administration of monthly investment/divestment of trust funds
Liaising with the company Finance Department to arrange the investment/divestment of trust funds
Preparing papers and advising management and committees on developments in trusts law
Advising on the development and management of a trusts database
Corresponding with beneficiaries and arranging the payment of grants
Maintaining the trust files and responding to queries
Working as part of the property and trusts team
Support the development of a property and trusts strategy
