I am working with a National Events management company to appoint a Senior Compliance manager reporting to the CEO.
The Role
This senior position is responsible for ensuring the effective administration of the Company's Governing Structure;
Ensuring the company is fully informed of legal and corporate responsibilities and full compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance.
Providing leadership, advice, and guidance on all governance and compliance matters.
The Candidate

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Compliance manager or Company Secretary or similar;
Experience of working with complex governing structures;
Experience of event organisation and some experience with protocol management;
Experience of working in the not for profit sector advantageous;
