We are seeking a talented and driven IT Applications Manager | Developer to take ownership of critical IT applications, manage key projects, and support a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
- Support and build critical IT applications and manage incidents with precision and urgency.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of IT projects, including testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Identify and deploy tailored IT solutions, leveraging global resources, in-house development, or external partners
- Manage service requests and align with IT governance standards
- Support multiple IT and non-tech departments
- Champion Lean and Six Sigma
What You Need:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in same/ similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint)
- Experience with tools like Nintex or InfoPath preferred.
- Strong background in IT applications, databases, Windows OS, and hands-on coding.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
