- Be the public face of the organisation.
- Effectively communicate and lobby on behalf of IPAV and its members.
- Drive and maintain professional standards.
- Be immersed in auctioneering/valuations, with deep sectoral knowledge (PRSA/PSP).
- Representing IPAV at home and abroad.
- Promote and facilitate ongoing education of members.
- Lead an energised and supportive head office team.
