Our client is a high profile not-for-profit organisation based in Dublin 2.

They are now hiring for a Senior Manager, Company Secretarial
(4 or 5 day option, depending on the candidate.)
Key requirements:
Reporting line:
This role will report to the Head of Legal, with a dotted line to the CEO.
You will be supported by an Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the Board on statutory compliance obligations in a timely manner.
- Maintain company secretarial records and update the database with relevant changes.
- Provide updates to the Board and Committees on emerging areas of law and regulations.
- Build strong working relationships with regulatory bodies and assist in the preparation of submissions and reports.
- Organize board, committee, and working group meetings, including Planning Days and AGMs.
- Prepare board and committee materials and upload them to board portal software.
- Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and draft minutes and action point lists.
- Prepare and file Annual Returns to the CRO, RBO, and statutory regulators.
- Handle queries and requests from Board Members, auditors, and internal staff.
- Foster a strong culture of adherence to standards and best practices.

- This will suit experienced Company Secretaries with at least 5 years' experience.
- You must have the gravitas to deal with senior board members and have excellent communication skills.
- You will have strong in-depth understanding of Irish Corporate Governance and Company Law.
- You will have the ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
