My client is a leading Healthcare Company with operations worldwide. They are looking for a Junior Compliance/Regulation Associate to support the COO with the Database and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track governance activities within the company using tracking tools (currently in Excel).
- Collaborate with teams across the company to drive governance initiatives, including project reviews, partner meetings, and related activities.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks that align with business needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with the Company’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
- Work closely with the COO and leadership team to link governance efforts with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on new laws and regulations, assess their potential impact, and propose practical adaptations.
- Review and update company policies to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and adherence to governance best practices.
- Promote a workplace culture where governance is understood and embraced at all levels.
2025 Key Objective:
- Establish a consolidated knowledge database:
- Scope the database’s requirements, including consulting, R&D, operational, and governance needs.
- Integrate the database with existing systems.
