Our client is a leading Irish law firm with a high profile and long established client base.
They are now keen to recruit an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
This role will suit a 2-4 year pqe lawyer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking due diligence investigations, including title searches and property inspections.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial property documentation, such as sale agreements, leases, and finance documents.
- Advising clients on a variety of commercial property matters, including tax implications, planning issues, and environmental concerns.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Managing transaction timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England/Wales
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
