The Panel is currently engaged to source a Senior Compliance Manager on behalf of a reputable Investment Management company in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis
In this role you will join a team that focus primarily on Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) compliance, as well as forming part of the European Compliance department in London and part of the European Compliance department which is responsible for providing compliance support for all aspects of the International Business.

Responsibilities
- This role is in the Dublin Compliance Team reporting to the Head of Compliance and involves senior stakeholder participation with a broad range of Compliance coverage responsibilities delivered as part of the annual compliance plan.
- To support the Dublin based Compliance Team / Designated Person on CP86 Compliance including management function reporting.
- To update and action the Compliance Calendar.
- Respond to compliance inquiries on distribution and mandate compliance by proactively recommending practices to reduce violations or noncompliance. Lead the preparation of action plans for remediation.
- Participate in developing and writing new compliance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance documentation and manuals are up to date and distributed.
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the investment industry and CBI regulation. Keep abreast of the current market, regulatory and industry news. Serves as a specialist on compliance related issues.
- Participates in special projects and engage with colleagues in European Compliance and Risk.
- Build a common understanding of our delegation environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years related compliance work experience. Management Company/DP support/ Asset Management preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Knowledge of CP86, UCITS, CBI guidance.
