Senior Digital Business Applications Programme Manager
Delivery – Operations – Project Management – Process – Data – AI - Reporting
The Digital Business Applications and Delivery Manager ensures effective and efficient applications delivery by leading delivery teams (including 3rd party), contributing to the definition and delivery of the digital application strategy, which is based on best-in-class application technologies and frameworks to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.

The Digital Business Applications and Delivery Manager ensures effective and efficient applications delivery by leading delivery teams (including 3rd party), contributing to the definition and delivery of the digital application strategy, which is based on best-in-class application technologies and frameworks to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have
- Over 10 years in IT with 5+ years managing a team supporting key systems, application development and implementation
- Good vendor management / IT Service providers in the delivery of application development and roll-out – ITIL Service Management experience
- Strong on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement and management
- Strong communications, presentation, listening and influencing skills
- Be the Digital Applications champion in the organisation
- Provide regular updates to senior management - Show them what GOOD looks like – Bring them on the journey !
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, vision and direction to the applications teams.
- Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.
- Manage application development pipeline and application transformation project roadmap to ensure successful delivery.
- Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics and benchmarks.
- Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they achieve their service operations and project deliverables
