As a Trust & Safety Agent, you will:
- Handle escalated and emergency customer issues via email and chat.
- Investigate and resolve sensitive Trust & Safety cases.
- Educate and de-escalate customers to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and use data to improve processes
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a customer-first mindset. Key qualifications include:
- 1–4 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Experience with customer-facing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Fluent in English, with additional fluency in German / French, preferably.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces, or fraud operations
