Our client, a Series D-funded global e-commerce platform, is rapidly growing and looking for a passionate Customer Experience Associate to join their team. This is an opportunity to help deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.
About the Role
As part of the Customer Experience team, you’ll:
• Assist customers with orders, payments, shipments, and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with a customer-first attitude.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve problems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reduce recurring issues.
• Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism, accuracy, and speed.
About You
Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key qualifications include:
• 1-3 years’ of experience in customer support (email/chat).
• Fluent in English, with additional fluency in German, Dutch, or French.
• Experience with customer-facing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
• Understanding of e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and outcomes.
• Bonus: Bachelor's degree, start-up experience, or knowledge of collectibles.
